1_The plot on which we work and the project itself are inclusive: Therefore we feel responsible to make sure everyone feels safe and free to speak. No bullying or any kind of coercive behaviour is not allowed. Disparaging remarks about ethnicity, religion, appearance, culture, sexual orientation, gender or cultural identity will not be tolerated in any form. If anyone or any situation makes you feel unsafe, please talk to us.

2_No trash behind! Please take away your leftovers and do not leave any objects behind, including cigarettes.

3_"Not sure? Don't pluck!" Either you are harvesting or weeding, if a plant makes you feel insecure, just leave it where it is. We will be happy to be a source of information on that.

4_We believe in trust, integrity and dignity. So we strive to provide an environment where these values are provided and if you join the garden, we assume that you will be treating other humans, the land and plants with them: with trust, integrity and dignity.

5_Anyone who doesn't respect these principles will be asked to leave the land.
