24.09.2023 Comal with Clara Arámburo

on the land at 18:30

Clara Arámburo has made a comal from clay, a traditional cooking utensil from Mexico to make tortillas on, in a research on how to find new roots with the one she carries within herself. Round and warm like the sun, it brings people together, orbiting around it, eating from it and exchanging stories, looking for reunion, celebration and confort. Clara will make gorditas, made out of corn flour and bean paste, with toppings from the garden harvest.
