28.09.2025 Collective Daydream Ritual with Zakia el Abodi

Collective Daydream Ritual, guided by Mugwort with Zakia el Abodi

hosted by Anne Diestelkamp

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is a plant long revered for its gentle psychoactive properties. Known to deepen the connection with the subconscious, it offers a gateway into the rich terrain of our dream world. On September 28, at 2pm, we warmly invite you to join us for a collective daydream ritual in the garden of the 4Siblings Collective. Guided by artist and herbalist Zakia el Abodi, we will explore the medicinal properties of mugwort, daydream together and reflect on dreaming as a portal into more-than-human worlds.

Location: 4Siblings field: President Allendelaan 1, Amsterdam

Date: September 28

Time: 14:00–16:00

Zakia el Abodi makes drawings, and sometimes objects and installations; her work arises from an inherent need of connecting to the beauty, wonders, and healing powers of nature and the universe. Her visual references coincide with her studies in herbalism and interest in energy, spirituality, and cosmical patterns. She graduated from the Fine Arts department of the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in 2009.

Sign-up sheet for this workshop will be published soon.
